CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO* <br />f <br />AV ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 114 o 010 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY PROVIDING STANDARDS FOR ISSUANCE OF LICENSES <br />FOR VETERINARY HOSPITALS FOR THE CARE AND TREATME T OF ANIMALS <br />WITHIN THE CITY <br />The City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br />hereby ordain: <br />is <br />Section 114.010, paragraph 3r of thle city Code of the City <br />of Roseville is hereby amended as follows: <br />3e Veterinary hospitals and other veterinary services <br />for the care and treatment of animals within the <br />City. Such services must,be provided within a <br />R :1 F B- 2F B,-3. or H -4 zoning district. Such <br />services must be conducted within the principle <br />structure on the site and permanent examination <br />and treatment facilities must be provided. The <br />city will not issue licenses for mobile or <br />temporary veterinary services. <br />II. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br />day of _ 19 0 <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Manager <br />
