ARTICLE I - Statement of Work <br />The UNIVERSITY hereby agrees to exert its best efforts to perform the <br />work set forth in Appendix A, attached. Any change in the scope or <br />objective of the work requires prior written approval of the Principal <br />Investigator and the authorized representative of the SPONSOR. <br />ARTICLE II - Consideration and Payment <br />11 <br />Presently, after the authorized representatives of the UNIVERSITY and <br />SPONSOR have fully executed this contract, the UNIVERSITY shall submit to <br />the Director of Public Works, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, MN 55113, <br />as authorized - representative of the SPONSER, an - invoice for that year's fee <br />as set forth in Appendix B. Said invoice shall be submitted on or after <br />March 15th of each year. The fee shall be paid within 60 calendar days to <br />the authorized representative of the UNIVERSITY, and in full consideration <br />of all work to be performed, as set forth in ARTICLE I, above, and all costs, <br />direct and indirect, of labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, and <br />all other costs of whatever nature to be incurred in ine perrormance <br />thereof. <br />ARTICLE III - Budget <br />Appendix B, attached, contains the approved budget for this contract.. The <br />budget provides for goose management at - six locations within the City of <br />Roseville. 'A location is defined as an area where adult and young Canada <br />gee-se concentrated during June. I €.the SPONSOR, after reviewing the status <br />of goose populations, requests that management be done at fewer or more <br />than one location, the budget will be revised under the provision provided <br />for in Article V. <br />ARTICLE IV •Reports <br />A. The Principal Investigator shall submit to the authorized <br />representative of the SPONSOR program reports as set forth in <br />Appendix A. <br />B. The UNIVERSITY shall not submit to the SPONSOR financial <br />reports -for this fixed -price contract. <br />ARTICLE V - Modifications <br />
