Alternate 4 <br />This alternate. called fora five year project warranty. The additional COSt fOr this warranter <br />cannot be Jusfified, in our opinion, and we therefor do not recommend it be considered. <br />In summary, we recommend that the council primed with awarding the project to hiIn chee, <br />Builders, Inc. on the base bid of $2,058,000.00 for the reasons cited above.
