That the public Works staf f review and approve the <br />Engineering plans for grading, drainage, storm ponding, <br />sever, grater and road designs <br />be That the landscape plans be revised to reflect they <br />suggested changes as outlined in the staff report. <br />c. That 4.5 feet of additional right- of�way be dedicated <br />for Larpenteur Avenue* <br />d . That the pond be properly maintained e <br />e.
