Reports and Recommendation: Jfl Item Description: Acceptance of Low Bid for Construction of Second Lake Bennett Trail M!QKGRo In 1991, the City of Roseville received grants from the Central Park Foundation for $53,000 and the state of ' Minnesota► for $35,000 for the construction of a second trail for wheeled activity around Lake Berg nett in Central Park. The Central Park Foundation has subsequently committed on additional $10,000 to the project. Extensive planning and design has taken place in order to provide 'the - safest trail with the least affect on trees and shrubs.
