Upon returning to the United Mates, Dohrn spent approximately one year at the Ball Foundation in Glen Ellyn, ]1linois. While at the Foundation, he con- ducted several research projects related to the development of the Ball Apti- tude Battery (E), a multiple - aptitude battery. Rohm is currently co-author of the E test ' stration manual. He has conducted and published re- search on the concurrent, differential, and contort validation of the E B. When Dohrn returned to the University of Minnesota in 1980, he worked as computer er/systems analyst at the Center for Interest Measurement Research (CIMR). During his tenure at CDAR, he was responsible for much of the data and computer analyses of the SCH which was in the process of revision at that time. Rohm did extensive work in developing the caapi 9 cal keys for the 'occupational scales and spent a considerable amount of tine scor- ing and processing test data using optical song equipment. Rohm also helped with the development of the new women -in- general and men- in -gen- eral samples based on the psychometric characteristics of several expe=* en- tal groupings. Lastly, he helped organize, update, and analyze the Strong ar- chival data that included over 100 computer tapes with data collected over 50 years. Rohm" s teaching experience includes courses- in Vest Construction} Research Design and Methodology, Statistics, and- Cross -Mural Child Development.
