Acceptance of Lovell Avenue from Dale Street to Minnesota Avenue as <br />a public street for city ownership and maintenance <br />Acceptance of watermain from Dale Street to Minnesota Avenue as a <br />public utility for ownership and maintenance <br />3. Acceptance of storm sewer system on Lovell Avenue between Dale <br />Street and Minnesota Avenue including lateral extensions to drain <br />the on -site holding pond for ownership and maintenance as a city <br />ut i l i t ■ <br />RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACT ION <br />Motion accepting Lovell Avenue as a city roadway and authorizing the <br />maintenance of utilities and roadway as per city policies. <br />
