Adjournment <br />ment <br />(1) The City Manager may include a Consent Agenda section <br />as an Order of Business. <br />(2) Con sent items are considered as one item, requiring one <br />motion for approval and one vote. <br />(3) If anyone wishes to discuss a consent item separately <br />or Grote on it as an individual action, that item can he <br />separated from the list and considered with the regular <br />agenda. The rest of the Consent Agenda would then he <br />adopted with the one motion, one vote procedure. <br />RULE 14 Seating of_ ounci1. <br />The seating of the Council at the Council meetings will he <br />rotated each month. <br />RULE 15. Consideration of Items not on the Agenda. <br />An item not on the Agenda may he introduced and discussed on <br />its merits. Before such an item may he approved or denied, <br />the Council must, by unanimous voice vote, agree to consider <br />the item. -If a unanimous vote is made, all adopted Rules of <br />Procedure, except Rule 1, shall apply. <br />
