Midway <br />will also relocate its fence on portions of the site that are <br />affected by the lot. line changes, and as a separate request is <br />asking for a variance to the height of the fence (Case No. 2494). <br />The only items requiring plannin' commission action are the <br />preliminary tat and the fence variance. The Development Review <br />prel p <br />committee has reviewed the other proposed changes on the Midway <br />Ford site p tan and determined that they do not trigger full <br />fiance with the design standards.
