<br />F -I P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />City Manager be authorized to enter into an agreement
<br />with the Roseville Area School District for the co-
<br />operative construction and usage of gymnasiums at
<br />Brimhall and Central Park Schools, per the contract,
<br />with construction funds to be taken from the Tax
<br />Increment Infrastructure Fund. Roll Call, Ayes.

<br />F -2 Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the city
<br />Manager be authorized to enter into an agreement with
<br />the city of New Brighton for tree inspection /disease
<br />control services, per the agreement, with monies to
<br />be taken from the -1993 approved budget for Forestry
<br />Services. Roll call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, and
<br />Maschka, Nays: None.
<br />F -3 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, than the Parks and
<br />Recreation Department provide in kind office-space at
<br />the Roseville. Activity Center for the staff person
<br />from Northwest youth and Family Services for the
<br />cultural diversity project. Roll call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />P. Johnson, and Maschka. Nays: None.
<br />F-4 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the city
<br />Council approve the Park Improvement Program (PIP)
<br />projects for 1993, with monies to be taken from the
<br />$250,000 approved for the 1993 Recreation Improvement
<br />Fund of the 1993 Budget. Roll call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />P, Johnson, and Maschka, Kays: None.
<br />F -5 Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Agreement
<br />92021 between the City of Roseville and Ramsey county,
<br />for the provision of road and bridge maintenance
<br />services for the County Road B -2 Bridge over I -35w for
<br />the 1992-1993 winter season and cancellation of the
<br />agreement following the conclusion of the 1993 snow
<br />removal season in April, 1993 be approved, and
<br />authorizing the Mayor and city Manager to execute the
<br />a►gr6ement. .Roll call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, and
<br />Maschka. bays: None.
<br />F -6 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution
<br />8886, amending prior resolutions selecting neighbor-
<br />hoods for 1993 Pavement Management Programs (PMP) b
<br />deleting Neighborhoods 52 and 53 from the 1993 PIP and
<br />including these neighborhoods in the 1994 PMP , be
<br />adopted. Roll call, dyes: Goedeke, P., Johnson, and
<br />Maschka. Mays: done,
