<br />F -7 Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that an easement
<br />between the City of Roseville and the Metropolitan
<br />Waste control commission (MCC) for sanitary suer be
<br />approved, and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager
<br />to exepute the easement on behalf of the city be
<br />adopted* Roll call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, and
<br />Maschka. Nays: None.
<br />F -8 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution
<br />8887, receiving feasibility reports and establishing
<br />the Council public hearings for the regular city
<br />Council meeting of March 8, 1993 for Pavement Manage-
<br />ment Program (PMP) projects P-93-02, Neighborhood 59;
<br />P- 93- 02,.Neighborhood 60 and P- 93#03, Neighborhood
<br />60, be adopted. Roll Call, dyes: Goedeke, P, Johnson,
<br />and Maschka. Nays: None.

<br />8888, receiving feasibility reports and establishing
<br />the Council public hearings for a special meeting of
<br />the City Council on March 9, 1993 for Pavement Manage-
<br />ment Program (PMP) projects P- 93 -02, Neighborhood 62;
<br />P- 93 -04, Neighborhood 62; P -93 -02 Neighborhood 66;
<br />P-93-02 and ST-93-07, Neighborhood 58; and P-93-06
