Bav 0 There gill be another submittal for F4 that may Mart as early as March 1993. * Mn OT is meeting with the FHWA in the near future to discuss the Integrated Traffic Management System concepts, one concept of which is the Rosedale Project. i The concept of developing an Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) for the Rosedale Area that would include kiosks/video monitors at the shopping center exits to inform shoppers and employees of the traffic conditions and the best access route is a "good one" and has general applicability to other situations � in the Twin Cities and around the country. If the concept includes an Advanced Traveler Information System (ATIS) to advise employees, shoppers, transit riders, remote par ers, and commercial vehicles on the preferred access route, the concept is enhanced. The cost of the HOV access will be more difficult to fund with IVH money. * It is difficult for MOOT to use Guidestar money to fund a portion of the program at this tune.
