Bids were opened on February 20 The specifications called for service at City Hall, Maintenance Garage, three Fire s tat i ons , Golf Course, Ice Arena, Activity Center, and four locations in Central Park. He stated the monthly cast would have been in excess of $3,0000 The annual cost for the Waste Management bid is $14,347.32. The City paid $16,419.64 for th6 same pickup service in 1992.
