This is the Human Rights <br />Statute <br />2. That some of the 36 member communities, <br />including the City of Roseville has a Police Civil <br />Service Commission and thus we have violated Minn. S tat <br />419 over the "S . . employment, promotion, discharge <br />and suspension of all officers." <br />We have reviewed the complaints and at this point it appears that <br />all of the offenses charged by the plaintiffs are for the conduct <br />by the MFRS. The primary complaint is that the MFRS administered <br />pre - employment tests and that these tests violate the Minnesota <br />Human Rights Act* <br />We have submitted these complaints to the League of Minnesota <br />Cities Insurance Trust, who has denied coverage ,,.
