A minimum of 20 days will be utilized in on -site direct consulta- tion. On -site activities will include primarily solicitation activities as related to the campaign. A minimum of 90 days will be utilized in i n�di rest consultation services off-site directly related to the campaign a Off-site activities include research, support activities, materials preparation and review, grant writing and related meetings. off - site activities will be performed by Daniel M. Fuchs and Mike wilkensenb Aspire Development services will advise the Roseville Parks and Recreation Director of the names of all organizations or indivi- duals being solicited, for the City's approval, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld. Adjustments on days on- and off - site will be made based on needs and experiences and by mutual agreement of bath parties . There will be no increase in fees for additional on�site time requirements should the need arise. Limited secretarial support services off -site will be provided by Aspire Development services at no additional charge Any additional fees incurred, i . e . , printing, publications, enter- tainment, etc., shall be compensated at actual cost and will not be undertaken without the written request of Roseville Parks and Recreation. All written reports, plans, brochures, etc., pro- vided by Aspire Development Services will include a total of one copy to the Roseville Parks and Recreation Director. Accountability for services provided by Aspire shall be to the Director of Roseville Parks and Recreation, Bob Rierscheid. You may initiate this contact by signing the form below.
