A. <br />Agenda Section: <br />Organizational Business <br />Item Description: - - Recruitment Plan - Twin Lakes Advisory Stakeholders Pane <br />Members F3543 <br />SUMMARY OF REQUEST: <br />On December 8, 2003, the Council/Mayor decided to create a Twin Lakes Stakeholder Panel. <br />The purpose of the Panel is to provide a method for broader property owner and citizen input <br />into the Master Developer redevelopment process prior to submissions and required by the <br />Planning Commission and City Council. <br />The Council amended the panel description as shown in the attachment. The Council's next task <br />is to recruit and appoint members to the Panel. The 15 to 25 panel positions now open include: <br />Members drawn from the City Conunissions (Chairs or designated <br />representatives of the HRA and planning, Public <br />Works, Parks , and Duman Rights onunissions) <br />8 Representatives (two) from each of four adjacent neighborhoods <br />(Northwest/Brenner, east side of Langton Luke, East of Fairview, and the <br />Tames Addition) See attached map. <br />_ .. _ Business and/or property owner representatives from within Twin Lakes <br />3 Small business owners /operators from outside Twin Lakes (two) and a <br />staff member designated by and representing the Roseville visitor's <br />Association (RA) <br />One at -large member — a Roseville resident who does not live in the <br />affected neighborhoods. <br />
