A. <br />Department Approval: City Manager dip rovai: Agenda Section: P,& T :2 CONSFNT <br />Item description: Approval Eo T'TIoITprting the variance granted to <br />Scott Santanni, 1019 Sherren Street on September 22, 2003 (PF3512). <br />1.4 REQUESTED ACTION: <br />® On September 22, 2003 the Roseville City Council approved a 166 square foot <br />VARIANCE for Scott Santanni, allowing the construction of a detached accessory <br />building (garage) at 1019 Sherren Street.
