EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of September, 2003, at 630 p.m. The following members were present: Kysylyczyn, l aschka, Klausing & Kough and the following were absent. Schroeder Council Member Klausing introduced the fallowing resolution and moved its adoption: E SOLUTION No. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 166 SQ. FT. VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004A1A5 (OVERALL AREA) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR SCOTT SANTANNI, 1019 SHERREIV STREET (PF3512),, WHEREAS, Scott Santanni has requested a Variance to Section 1 004.01 A5 (Overall Area) of the Roseville lle ity Code to allow the construction of an 864 sq. ft. detached accessory building in his rear yard; and WHEREAS, the Santanni residence is located at 1019 herren Street and legally described as: Lot 13, Block 1, Hamm -Hesli PIN: 11-29-23-33-0010 WHEREAS, Section 1004.01A5 of the Roseville City Code limits the combined square footage of all detached and attached accessory building to be less than the footprint of the principal structure; and WHEREAS, , the existing Santanni request seeks to construct an 864 sq. ft. detached garage that when combined with the attached garage (440 sq. ft) creates 1,304 sq. ft. of accessory building square footage, an amount that exceeds the footprint of the principal structure (1,138 sq. ft.) by 166 sq. ft.; NOW THEREFORE E E E IT RESOLVED, OL' ED, bar the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE a VALANCE to Section 1004.01A5 (Overall Area) of the Roseville City Code for Scott Santanni, 1019 Sherren Street The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kysylyczyn; III as chka, Klausing & Kough and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON PON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
