EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of September, 2003, at 630 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: Kysylyczyn, l aschka, Klausing & Kough <br />and the following were absent. Schroeder <br />Council Member Klausing introduced the fallowing resolution and moved its adoption: <br />E SOLUTION No. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 166 SQ. FT. VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004A1A5 <br />(OVERALL AREA) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR SCOTT SANTANNI, <br />1019 SHERREIV STREET (PF3512),, <br />WHEREAS, Scott Santanni has requested a Variance to Section 1 004.01 A5 (Overall <br />Area) of the Roseville lle ity Code to allow the construction of an 864 sq. ft. detached accessory <br />building in his rear yard; and <br />WHEREAS, the Santanni residence is located at 1019 herren Street and legally <br />described as: <br />Lot 13, Block 1, Hamm -Hesli <br />PIN: 11-29-23-33-0010 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.01A5 of the Roseville City Code limits the combined square <br />footage of all detached and attached accessory building to be less than the footprint of the <br />principal structure; and <br />WHEREAS, , the existing Santanni request seeks to construct an 864 sq. ft. detached <br />garage that when combined with the attached garage (440 sq. ft) creates 1,304 sq. ft. of accessory <br />building square footage, an amount that exceeds the footprint of the principal structure (1,138 sq. <br />ft.) by 166 sq. ft.; <br />NOW THEREFORE E E E IT RESOLVED, OL' ED, bar the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE a <br />VALANCE to Section 1004.01A5 (Overall Area) of the Roseville City Code for Scott Santanni, <br />1019 Sherren Street <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kysylyczyn; <br />III as chka, Klausing & Kough <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON PON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
