Regular City Council Minutes — 11/24/03 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 18 <br />Twin <br />No comment; Council consensus. <br />Lakes <br />Amenities: <br />Concluding <br />No comment; Council consensus. <br />LParagr4ph <br />Councilmember Maschka sought consensus from <br />Councilmembers regarding a potential PILOT (Payment in <br />Lieu of Taxes) program in consideration of the non -profit <br />status of Allina, <br />Councilmember Klausing noted he would be willing to <br />look at it as an option, but was not making a commitment <br />at this time, without further review. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn concurred with Councilmember <br />Klausing's comments. <br />The motion was brought forward for vote, with the <br />language revisions to Ifem 4, as noted in the above- <br />referenced discussion. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />Recess <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recessed the meeting at 9-.29 p.m. and <br />reconvened the meeting at 9:45 p.m. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn sought consensus on the Consent Agenda <br />prior to release of applicable staff from the meeting. <br />_ <br />
