Wednesday, October 29, 2003 <br />Amendment to Appendix A of Teamster's 2003 contract: <br />"Notwithstanding any other provisions of this agreement, if a sergeant with more <br />time in grade as a sergeant were scheduled to receive less hourly wages under this <br />agreement than a snore junior sergeant; then the more senior sergeant's pay shall <br />immediately he adjusted to equal the more junior sergeant's pay until such time as <br />the more senior sergeant is eligible for an increase under this or subsequent <br />agreements." <br />Steward R.
