AMENDMENT NO. 2 <br />TO THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RESTATED CAFETERIA PLAN <br />WHEREAS, Section 11.01 of the City of Roseville Restated Cafeteria Plan provided by the City <br />of Roseville provides that the City may amend or alter the Plan at any tine; and <br />VMEREA.S, the City desires to arnend the City of Roseville restated Cafeteria Plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City of Roseville Restated Cafeteria <br />Plan provided by the City of Roseville is hereby amended as follows: <br />Section 7.02 shall be Amended as follows: <br />The maximum amount which the Participant may receive under this <br />Benefit Plan in the form of payments or reimbursements for Qualifying <br />Medical or Dental Care Expenses incurred in any Plan Year shall be <br />Five Thousand Gne and no/100 Dollars,' <br />$ 000.0 in the aggregate.
