Regular City Council Minutes — 11/17/03 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 7 <br />Recess Recess <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recessed the meeting at 6:54 p.m. and <br />reconvened the meeting at 7:16 p .m. <br />VI. Pubic Hearings <br />A. Currency Exchange Business Renewals for United <br />Check Cashing, 2216 West County Road D; Money <br />Xchange, 1745 Lexington Avenue North; and Pawn <br />America 1715 Rice Street N (PF 3535) <br />5.1 <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the <br />request by Global Financial Outsourcing Services, Inc., <br />Massive Cash LLC, and Pawn America LLC, to renew <br />their applications for a license to operate a currency <br />exchange business within Roseville. <br />The reading of the motion was clarified as to intent. <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch briefly <br />reviewed the applicants and staff's recommendation for <br />approval. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn opened and closed the Public Hearing <br />at 7:19 p.m., with no one appearing for or against.
