I am totally against holding <br />an election, special or general, without a primary. We have already been down that road and 1 am <br />shocked to see such an item in the budget cut recommendations. I believe I heard Mr. Kough verbally <br />**rake such a recommendation, but would like to know who actually included it in the fist of budget cuts. <br />It's inclusion, totally 'ignores the feedback given by Roseville residents when the mayor and Mr. Schroeder <br />worked to get rid of primary elections. <br />i trust the council to appoint a member to fill the remainder of Mr. lau si ng's vacancy. My expectation is <br />that the members have the resident's interests in *mind v.s.personal agendas. There are enough <br />members on the council to make a wise decision for Roseville voters. There are also two v qualified <br />women, well liked by Roseville voters, based on recent election results.
