Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments ) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF3449, the <br />following property, generally located at 2651 and 2701 lice Street, City of Roseville is <br />hereby rezoned from -1, S Ingle Family Residence District to a Planned Unit <br />Development with underlying zoning of -1, Single Family residence District. <br />NEEDS CORRECT LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Section 2.
