The site for this campus is located on the northwest quadrant of Rice Street and County Road C in Roseville, MN. The proposed 134,930 s.f. . building footprint will be located on the existing 11.4 acre site . The full Laster Plan bui l dou t is proposed to be accomplished in two (2) separate phases to be constructed at two (2) different time frames. The site work Includes parking. landscaping and playing fields. B. Project Description: It is [lie desire of North Heights Lutheran Church to serve our community with spi6tual life and growth in all areas the church serves. North Heights Christian Academy has outgrown the present facilities and needs upgraded facilities to fall serve its purposes_ The church facilities are outdated and insufficient to meet the needs of the future. The proposed three story School with a basement WOUld be located on the southeast corner of the site. When the K-12 school grows to capacity, there would be three classrooms of 20 -25 students for each grade level with special activity support spaces including, library, science labs and administration. Students will net he bused to school -Cind bUSing is planned for special off site classes or acts hies only. Student parking would be off' - street pcarking by permit only. The proposed central one story support space would connect the School and the Sanctuary. This area of the building would include the shared functions of a Kitchen afeteri a/Fellows hi p Hall, Meeting Rooms, Classrooms, a 400 seat gy m, 750 s eat auditorium and an area for Day Care. The proposed Sanctuary and two story support areas would be located in the north end of the building. This area of the building would include a 1,200 seat Sanctuary, Offices, Weting I oorns and Classrooms. Exterior finish materials are masonry+ and metal window and door systems. The site consists of two parking lots. A. north lot with 334 parking spaces and a south lot with 83 paving spaces_ The soccer field and softball field will overlap each other. The remainder of the site will be the proposed building and landscaped green space.
