C. Project Phasing: <br />The construction for this project is proposed to he completed in two phases. <br />Phase I as proposed in this submittal includes the demolition of the south portion of <br />the existing three store School and construction of the new three story 412 School, <br />750 seat Auditorir]rna gymnasium, 83 new parking spaces and associated site work. <br />The construction start date for phase 1 is estimated to be approximately fall of 2004, <br />contingent on fund raising success. <br />Phase 2, currently planned to he accomplished at a later date includes demolition of <br />the remaining one story School I Support, demolition of a existing Sanctuary and <br />existing parking lot, construction of a new 1,200 seat Sanctuary, assocairted one story <br />support spaces, 334 new parking spaces and associated site work. <br />The construction start date for phase ? is approximately threc to eight years after <br />phase 1 completion. cofflingent can f rind raising success. <br />D. Both C-I church, pilvate 1 parochial <br />school and Day Care are permitted Lrses within this classification. <br />Maximum Total Surface Area ( 1004.0 r , A.6): <br />Cite Criteria: Total imper-vious surface noL to exceed 30% ofthe total or- <br />JiLiffU I n1ZL . <br />Proposed: The total impervious surface on this site is 62.6W Thi ;s <br />includes the building, parking lots, and sidewalk within the property lines <br />and the pond. <br />Li Notes: The impervious surface does not meet the city criteria. The <br />impervious surface on the existing site is 49.1 . with no storm eater <br />treatment pond, and little landscaping. <br />
