Roseville St(wmwater Management Program) <br />City ritella.- Dispose of all surface water on off-street parking areas and other <br />impervious areas, <br />o Proposed: The Drainage system will consist of catch basins and piping to <br />collect the storm water runoff from the new parking lot and roof drainage. <br />o Notes: Meets city c iteria <br />City Criteria: Post- project storinwater runoff rates must not exceed pre - project <br />runoff rates for the c6tical I -year, 2 -year and I 00-year events, <br />o Proposed: The storm sever system is designed to discharge at three <br />locations, the northeast at Rice Street, the northwest at Wooftidge Street= <br />and the south art County Roc ad C� These discharges at those locations r -natch the <br />pre - development discharge rates, In addition, roof ponding is proposed to <br />assist in the rLate control. <br />u Dotes: Meets city criteria <br />City Criteria: Water quality treatment facilities shall be designed to meet the <br />following performance criteria: at least 60% removal of total phosphorus and <br />85% removal of suspended solids on an average annual basis. This is to protect <br />the Grass Lake Watershed Area. <br />o Proposed: An inline mechanical treatment system will be used to provide the <br />storm water trecatrnent.
