Communication <br />A. Confirmation of Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority (HRA) Appointment <br />City Manager Beets distributed several draft resolutions <br />for Council consideration related to the appointment of <br />Commissioners to the Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority (HRA). <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded, ratification of <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn's reappointment of Ms. Jen Jackson <br />Millasovich for a term of five (5) years ending October 13, <br />2008; appointment of Ms. Ann Hermes to fulfill an <br />unexpired term ending August 23, 2005; and Ms. Jill M. <br />Bean to fulfill an unexpired term ending August 23, 2006 <br />to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA). <br />Councilmember Klausing requested clarification by Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn of the process used for soliciting applications <br />for these vacancies. <br />HRA Executive Direct Kathy Bennett reviewed the <br />posting and advertising process and deadlines for <br />7: p.m. <br />Communication <br />Confirmation of <br />Housing and <br />Redevelopment <br />Authority (HRA) <br />Appointment <br />
