Roseville Tribute — Andrew Lueben <br />Councilmember Kough provided an emotional tribute to <br />his former neighbor and Roseville resident, reading a <br />proclamation honoring the memory of Andrew Michael <br />Lueben, extending to his family and friends the expression <br />of regret for their loss, and celebrating the joys that he <br />brought to all in his short life in the City of Roseville. <br />Andrew's sister, Sarah, was present to receive the <br />proclamation from Mayor Kysylyczyn. <br />Recognitions <br />Roseville Tribute — <br />Andrew Lueben <br />Recess Recess <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recessed the meeting at 7:31 p.m. and <br />reconvened the meeting at 7:45 p.m. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for any comments or discussion on <br />the Consent Agenda. Report on Nuisance Code Violations at 1992 Cleveland <br />Avenue <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsh updated <br />the City Council on remaining code violations at 1992 <br />Cleveland Avenue, consisting of a drainage issue and <br />partially landscaped planting area, as evidenced by <br />property photos taken earlier that day.
