EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 201h day of October 2003, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE <br />PLAN MAP DESIGNATION FROM "LR ", LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO "MR" <br />MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND FROM "GC" GOLF COURSE TO "HR ", <br />HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2001 FULHAM STREET (PF3471). <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on October 1, 2003, <br />pertaining to the request they received from Midland Hills Country Club and United Properties <br />for a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment on property commonly known as 2100 Fulham <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map <br />designation change from "LR" (Low Density Residential) and "MR" (Medium Density <br />Residential) and from "GC ", Golf Course to "HD" (High Density Residential "; and <br />WHEREAS, said property is legally described as: <br />NEEDS PROPER LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS <br />WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Roseville Planning Commission <br />recommended approval (5 - 1) of the request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, indicating <br />support for the residential development; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at their meeting of October 20, 2003, was <br />presented with the project report from the Community Development Staff regarding the subject <br />request; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council hereby approve the <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan from "LR" (Low Density Residential) to "MR" (Medium <br />Density Residential) and from "GC" (Golf Course to "HR" (High Density Residential) for <br />property generally located at 2001 Fulham Street legally described above), subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />a. The review and comments of the Metropolitan Council. <br />
