9.0 SUGGES'T'ED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />9.1 ADOPT A RESOLUTION approving a COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT from <br />LR, Low Density Residential to MR, Medium Density Residential (town homes) and from <br />Golf Course to HR, High Density Residential (condominium) contingent upon final <br />approvals and a positive review by the Metropolitan Council. <br />9.2 BY MOTION approve the PRELIMINARY PLAT, creating 6 town home lots, a common <br />lot, and a single condominium lot, with new utility easements, vacated utility easement <br />(separate future action), and cross parking easement. <br />9.3 BY MOTION HOLD FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE REZONING the property <br />from R -1, Single Family Residence District to Planned Unit Development with an <br />underlying zoning of R -6, Townhouse District, and R -3, General Residence District. <br />9.4 BY MOTION approve the GENERAL CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN, subject to the conditions stipulated in Section 8 and Planning <br />Commission recommendation (8.5 a -g) of the project report dated October 20, 2003 <br />Prepared by Thomas Paschke, City Planner — 651- 490 -2236 <br />Attachments: Narrative, proposed development plan packet, site photos, aerial photo. <br />PF3471 — RCA 102003 Page 10 of 10 <br />
