Approving a Burn Permit at B -Dale Club on Friday, Approving a Burn <br />October 31, 2003 Permit at B -Dale <br />Councilmember Kough sought clarification on the hours Club on Friday, <br />of the permit. October 31, 2003 <br />Maschka moved, Klausing seconded, approval of a bonfire <br />permit request of the B -Dale Club, 2100 north Dale Street, <br />to conduct a bonfire at that location on October 31, 2003, <br />effective untill 2:00 noon, November 1, 2003; contingent <br />upon the conditions outlined in the staff report dated <br />October 13, 2003; and further contingent upon the <br />understanding that failure to follow all recommendations <br />
