5. alendar: The Contractor shall provide a twelve -month calendar with the <br />weeks of recycling collection highlighted to be included in the informational <br />packet that will be delivered with the recycling carts; and provide a calendar <br />to each RDU for each contract year thereafter. The Contractor shall furnish an <br />educational video on "single sort}? recycling for airing during the startup <br />period. <br />6. Contract Term and Rate' The term of this contract is for five gears from <br />January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2008. The Contract rate of $2.25 per month <br />beginning the first full month after delivery of the carts and an annual <br />adjustment by P I -U on January 1, 2004. This CPI-U adjustment shall be <br />made on 1111041J 111/051,111106 111107 and 8. <br />7. Terms and Conditions: Shall continue as set forth in the original agreement <br />that apply for single sort with the exception of the pilot program which is <br />hereby moot. <br />
