All of the required equipment must be in proper working order. All vehicles must be maintained in proper working order and be as clean and free from odors as possible. All vehicles must be clearly identified on both sides with Contractor's name and telephone number. 7. Personnel Re uirements: Contractor shall retain sufficient personnel and equipment to fulfill the requirements and specifications of this Agreement. The Contractor will provide a Route Supervisor to oversee the recycling route drivers servicing the City. The Route Supervisor will be available to address customer complaints by cell phone or voice mail at minimum 4 fours per day. The Contractor shall have on duty Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 5:00 p.m. a Dispatch Customer Service Representative to receive customer calls and route issues. Contractor shall provide a 24 hour answering service line or device to receive customer calls. The Rote Supervisor and all collection vehicles must be equipped with 2 -way communication devices.
