I■ g Council Minutes 1 <br />11 <br />through 3.5 of the Report for Council Action dated <br />September 15, 2003. <br />City Planning Consultant Thomas Pasehke advised that the <br />minor subdivision met all requirements of City code; and <br />staff recommended approval of the request. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn again questioned why a Public Hearing <br />was being held at the Council level and not before the <br />Planning Commission; with Mx. Paschke advising that <br />City code had been amended in 1999 allowing that minor <br />subdivision requests of this nature be addressed at the City <br />Council level. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn opened the Public Hearing at 8:07 p.m. <br />Mr. Cox opined that, while Mr. Cox will not be affected <br />by future development of the property, it dogs adversely <br />affect those property owners remaining adjacent to the <br />parcels due to projected reduced property valuations and <br />proximity to adjoining properties.
