Consider Changing the City's Residential Recycling Consider Changing <br />Policy and Existing Recycling Contract with Waste theCity's <br />Management Residential <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmember Schroeder <br />reviewed the Council packet, seeking to identify the <br />specific contract addendum they preferred to move <br />consideration of action at tonight's meeting. <br />City Manager Beets attempted to provide the relative <br />document to Councilmember Schroeder; who expressed <br />concern that he was not comfortable moving action on a <br />document he had not had an opportunity to review prior to <br />being provided at the meeting,. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn expressed his disapproval of the <br />document provided by City Manager Beets, and continued <br />his attempt to identify, with City Manager Beets' <br />assistance, the document that would address moving from <br />a two -sort to one -sort method of collection. <br />After fi,�ther debate, City Manager Seets determined that <br />the document sought by Mayor Kysylyczyn was part of <br />the Request for Proposals RFP), and had been included in <br />the Council packet as it was referenced in portions of the <br />Waste Management contract. Mr. Beets explained that the <br />Council packet included an Addendum to the current <br />contract as drafted by City Attorney Squires, as well as an <br />Addendum drafted by Waste Management personnel, both <br />
