Rice Street <br />Shoreview, ANN 55126 <br />(661 ) 484-9104 a Fax 482 -5232 <br />This letter is a request for a permit to burn at Woodview Marsh, Ramsey Count <br />obtained a grading permit for the project from the City of Roseville and has developed a <br />Wetland Management Plan approved by the City (as Wetland Conservation Act LGU) <br />and the ward of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR). Restoration of a diverse vegetation <br />community is an important part of the plan. We have identified burning as the most <br />effective way to remove invasive, low value vegetation from the wetland. a ro ose to <br />p l� <br />burn a 4 to 5 acre section of the wetland as indicated on the snap below. This would be a <br />one -time burn to be completed early September, 2003.
