ORDINANCE ## <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 of THE CITY CODE, <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION of CERTAIN <br />FROPPERTY AT 474 COUNTY ROAD C <br />FROM R -1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCY DISTRICT TO A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING ZONING OF <br />R -1 Sn i LE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND <br />R-2 P'o FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF 3417, the <br />following property, generally located at 474 County Road C} City of Roseville, is hereby <br />rezoned as follows: <br />The property at 4 74 County Road C being legally described as: Lot 7, Bieck 1, <br />Ogg Addition is hereby rezoned from R -1, Single Family Residence District to <br />Planned Unit Development with underlying zoning of R- Single Family <br />Residence District <br />The property at 4 74 County Road C being legally described as: Lot I through 6, <br />Bloch I and Outlot" "A " # Mogg Addition are hcreby rezoned from R-1 Single <br />Family Residence District to Planned Unit Development with an underlying <br />zoning of R-2, Two Family Residence ]district. <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development # 1. The Planned Unit <br />Development standards and conditions of approval adopted for these properties shall be <br />in addition to all other applicable zoning requirements. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br />The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of said plat logg Addition. with Ramsey County. <br />3. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and property owners. <br />4.
