Section 703.05 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read as follows: 703.05: BUS BENCHES IN RIGHT OF WAY: No bench may be placed or maintained in a public right of war without securing a permit from the public works director and the payment of an annual license fee of five dollars (S -235.00) per bench. The number: size, and locations of all benches shall be in accordance with the city of Roseville /metro transit bus route plan. The public Worts and Iransportation Commission will preview the Manual site application _for but re arm the siting app lication, A pert shall not be issued unless the bench and its placcrnent comply with the followjng conditions: A. Bus Stops: A bench of W may only be placed at a bus stop on an established bus route. B.
