If additional tiers were to he added it is anticipated that the makeup <br />the group and the premium costs associated would change as illustrated in the quotes from Preferred One, below. <br />Financial Implications: <br />IAlie total cost to the City for health insurance premiums is budgeted not exceed $933,597 for 2003.
