r�0 lti <br />6.1 Based on the information provided and the findings in Section 5 of this project report} <br />staff recommends approval of a five foot two inch variance to Section 1005.01 A2 of the <br />Roseville City Code to allow construction of a uni -sex restroom at 1881 Highway 36 <br />West, subject to the following conditions: <br />A. The uni -sex restroom being setback a minimum of four feet ten inches from the <br />adjacent eastern property line. <br />The review and approval of a building pernnit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. The new building to match the existing building in color and/or <br />materials. <br />The uni -sex restroorn both meet and comply with the Minnesota State <br />Accessibility Code <br />7.1 on August b, 2003, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />the vicorp request. At the hearing no citizens addressed the Commission, but the <br />onunission had questions for Staff and the applicant. Specifically, the Planning <br />Commission was interested in the eastern property dumpster in relation to proposed uni- <br />sex restroom.
