ORDINANCE # <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 'TITS 10 of THE CITY CODE, <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAY DESIGNATION of CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPFE TY AT 474 COUNTY ROAD <br />FROM R -1 SINGLE FAMILY SIDEN Y DISTRICT TO A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING ZONING of <br />R -1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND <br />R -2 0 FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain* <br />Section 1. Real Property rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments ) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF 3417, the <br />following property, generally located at 474 County Road C, City of Roseville, is hereby <br />rezoned as follows: <br />The property of 474 County Road C being legally described as; Lot 7, .dock I, <br />ogg Addition is hereby rezoned from R -1, Single Family residence District to a <br />Planned Unit Development with underlying zoning of R -1 Single Family <br />Residence District <br />The property at 474 County Road C being legally described as: Lot I through 6, <br />Block I and utlot "' "A " Mogg Addition are hereby rezoned from R -1 Single <br />Family Residence District to Planned Unit Development with an underlying <br />zoning of R-2, Two Family Residence District. <br />Section 2.
