Have not used the leaf pick up for years but <br />lilies the close proximity to drop off and pick up. Otherwise will have to drive 9 <br />miles to dispose of leaves — too far. Perhaps establish a permit systern...people <br />pay to dump. Once saw a mowing service from St. Paul dumping grass clippings <br />there, <br />75 year old resident left this voice message: It seems the City Council is <br />interested in just making thugs tougher - seems like punishment. I do my own <br />maintenance. I see a lot of money being spent at Howard Johnson Park... and at <br />City Hall. Quit being politicians, be real human beings. <br />
