We don't own a truck or a trailer, so we
appreciate the leaf pick up program, I cannot imagine bagging all
of the leaves we have. Not only the cost of the bags to have my garbage hauler take them
away, but the multiple weeks I would be storing them along side the garage and putting
thein out at curbside, because the hauler will only will take 7 hags of yard waste at one
time.
"then there is the springtime to consider. currently, we rake a pile in to a tarp and load
into the trunk of the car, and go down to the Dale St site and drop them off . 'then we
go back and repeat this time consuming process until we are done. If we no longer had
access to the site, we would again he buying bags, and storing them along side our garage
until ray garbage hauler started up the yard waste program for the gear, usually around
April 15th,
I truly wish you would, consider and keeping the Leaf pick-up program and the compost site.
Thank you for your time.
Lei nda Hemp
