It is very beneficial to all of us <br />residents of Roseville both for dumping leaves and for the compost we use <br />I ?gave no problem with discontinuing the Leaf pick -up program. I have never liked the <br />program because the leaves are not contained and end up blowing into the properties of us <br />that chose to pick our leaves up.
