Regular City Council Minutes — 08/04/03 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 22 <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsh advised <br />that no public comment had been received to -date and <br />staff recommended approval. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />B. Second Reading and Enactment of an Ordinance <br />Changing Land Use Designations (Section 1.004) {PF <br />3470} <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, holding the second <br />reading and enactment of Ordinance No. 1287 entitled, <br />"An Ordinance Amending Title 10, Sections 1004.01 <br />Through 1004.09, Pertaining to Residential Zoning <br />District," <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays:: None., <br />C. Second Reading and Enactment of an Ordinance <br />Changing Parking Regulations (PF 3475) <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, holding second <br />reading and enactment of Ordinance No. 1288 entitled, <br />"An Ordinance Amending Title 10 of the City Code, <br />Adding Chapter 101$, A Comprehensive Section of <br />Parking Requirements Within the City of Roseville, and <br />Deleting Section 1005.01D.5)) compiling parking <br />regulations into one section of City Code, and establishing <br />a fourteen (14) day maximum period for outdoor storage <br />of vehicles, rather than the previous thirty (30) day <br />maximum. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn sought clarification on definition of <br />operable and licensed vehicle classes or categories and <br />storage thereof. <br />Community Development Director Welsch defined that <br />"operable" and "licensed" vehicles could be placed on <br />paved surface, otherwise housed in inside storage given <br />Ordinance 1287 <br />Second Reading <br />and Enactment <br />Changing Land Use <br />Designations <br />(Section 1004) (PF <br />3470) <br />Ordinance 1288 <br />Second Reading <br />and Enactment <br />Changing Parking <br />Regulations (PF <br />3475) <br />
