Roseville Visitors Association, ertinent city code provision: <br />L * j <br />Ninety five percent (95 %) of the proceeds obtained from the collection of tomes pursuant to <br />this chapter shall be used in accordance with Minnesota statutes section 469.190, as the <br />same may be amended from time to rime, to fund a local convention or tourism bureau for <br />the pur�os&of marketing and promoting the city as a tourist or convention center. <br />Commencing in January 2003, the Roseville Visitors Association shall, for its most recent <br />calendar year, provide an annual year end report of its operations and its financial <br />condition to the Roseville City Council in writing and by oral presentation at a City <br />Council meeting.
