Audit Rwq irements <br />Pursuant to Chapter 386 of the Minnesota Statues, the successful vendor(s) <br />will be required to maintain all boobs, documents, papers, account records, <br />and other evidence pertaining to work performed under any agreement with <br />the City. This information and materials must be available at the office of the <br />vendor(s) at all reasonable times for the duration of the agreement and <br />thereafter up to six (6) gears for audit or inspection by the City, State Auditor, <br />or any other authon"zed individuals. <br />Public Information <br />All Information submitted to the office of contract and Analysis services <br />will be considered public information in accordance with the Minnesota <br />Statues governing data practices. Upon submission, Proposals become the <br />property of the City and will not be returned to the vendor. <br />Page 8 <br />
