<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETI~G <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 9, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, i regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Mimesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, September 9, 1985, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayo~ Demos and <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Curl~y; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7803 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-85-7 <br />AND CONSOLIDATED IMPROVEMENTS OF 1985 <br />PROJECTS ST-P-85-8 AND P-85-'J 0 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br />improvements, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Manager of .said City, said bids <br />were received on September 6, 1985, at 9:00 o'clock a.m., opened <br /> <br />and tabulated according to law and the following bids were <br /> <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Bid Amount <br /> <br />M & M Sewer <br />F.
