<br />WHEREAS, it appears that M & M Sewer is the lowest respon- <br />sible bidder at the tabulated price of $240,772.95. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with M & M Sewer for <br />$240,772.95 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above <br />improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof <br />heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office <br />of the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. <br />return <br />except <br />bidder <br /> <br />The City Manger is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forthwith to all bidders and deposits made with their bids <br />the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Franke and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />present; and the following voted against the same: None; <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
